摘  要:介绍一种采用ICP-OES测定三氯化钌中杂质钙镁含量的方法。利用三氯化钌基体对钙、镁发射光谱信号强度的抑制作用,采用标准加入法克服基体效应测定钙、镁杂质含量,加标回收率为88.8%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为0.11%~1.20%。讨论了ICP-OES的检测条件和基体对测定结果的影响,并提出了消除影响的措施。A method for determination of impurity calcium and magnesium content in ruthenium trichloride by ICP - OES was introduced. The inhibitory effect of ruthenium trichloride matrix on the spectral signal intensity of calcium and magnesium was studied. Standard addition method was adopted to overcome the matrix effect and to determine the content of calcium and magnesium impurities. The standard recovery was in the range of from 88.8% to 101.0%, and the relative standard deviation from 0.11% to 1.20%. The influences of detection conditions of ICP - OES and matrix on the determination results were discussed. The measures to eliminate the influences were proposed.
