摘 要:2005年、2011年杜家台2次洪道分流以最小损失换取最大安全,为汉江中小洪水调度模式提供新思路。针对杜家台工程现状特点,充分考虑现行预案调度运用,基于MIKE水动力软件,构建汉江、杜家台洪道及围垸的一、二维耦合数值模型,实现杜家台洪道行洪能力及效果分析。模拟结果表明,按照预案调度现状洪道分流,除新农垸及张沉湖垸堤顶高程不足外,可在汉口水位较高时基本实现安全行洪2 000~2 500 m^3/s;汉江遭遇设计洪水时,优先利用洪道夹水入江的防洪效益十分显著。研究成果为完善杜家台分洪工程洪道运用模式及类似工程调度提供依据。The use of Dujiatai flood diversion channel in 2005 and 2011 provided a new idea of regulation mode for medium and small floods in Hanjiang River, achieving the goal of minimum loss and maximum safety. According to the present condition and regulation schemes of Dujiatai diversion area, a 1D and 2D coupled numerical model was established on the basis of hydrodynamic software MIKE to simulate the flood discharge ability and effects of Dujia- tai flood diversion channel. Hanjiang River, Dujiatai flood diversion channel and inner embankments are taken into account in the model.Results show that the safe discharge of Dujiatai flood channel is about 2000-2500 m3/s, ex- cept for the insufficient embankment top elevations at Xinnongyuan and Zhangchen Lake when Hankou station is at a higher water level. In addition, when Hanjiang River suffers from design flood, operation of Dujiatai flood diver- sion channel in priortity could obviously reduce flood losses. In conclusion, the results offer reference for improving regulation modes of Dujiatai diversion project and other similar projects.
