摘　　要：巴西橡胶树是最重要的人工栽培产胶植物,天然橡胶产业是我国不可替代的民族产业。当前,我国植胶面积有限,天然橡胶的自给率严重不足,生产与消费极为不对称;劳动力成本提高伴随天然橡胶价格大幅下跌,胶工老龄化、胶工短缺现象日益严重,天然橡胶产业亟需结构性改革。本文综述了我国天然橡胶产业的发展概况,并对现状进行了分析,旨在为我国天然橡胶产业的改革发展提供参考。Rubber tree（Hevea brasiliensis Muell.Arg.） is the most important cultivated plant for rubber production in the world and the nature rubber industry is an irreplaceable national industry in China. At present, the planting area is limited, the self-sufficiency supply of natural rubber is insufficient, and the production and consumption is asymmetric. The labour cost is rising and the natural rubber price is falling,which leads to the shortage and aging of tappers. The natural rubber industry needs structural reform. The current situation and development of natural rubber industry in China was summarized and analyzed to provide reference for the reform of natural rubber industry in China.
