摘  要:超温超功率ΔT是岭澳核电厂KRG系统中最复杂的保护通道,当通道参数调整后,其定期试验的验证准则也要随之重新整定。而本文则提出了超温超功率ΔT保护通道定期试验验证准则的整定方法,并以在调整冷热管段平均温度和温度偏差的加法器参数值的情况下,一回路升温过程中稳压器压力升高导致超温,从而触发超温超功率ΔT阈值模块XU动作的事故工况为例,对其定期试验验证准则重新整定的方法进行了详细的阐述。该方法已应用于岭澳核电厂KRG系统试验台的改造中,并且通过实际验证,其能够满足通道校准的指标要求,并保证通道试验的准确性。The overtemperature and overpower ΔT is the most complex protection circuit in KRG system of LA NPP, its testing criterion of periodic testing also need tuning as the circuit parameter is modified. This paper put forward the periodic testing criterion tuning method, and elaborates overtemperature and overpower ΔT protection circuit periodic testing criterion tuning method detail, in the case of modifying average temperature and deviation temperature adder parameter of hot and cold leg and pressurizer pressure rising results in overtemperature when first loop temperature rising, taking the trigger overtemperature and overpower ΔT threshold XU module actuation as an example. This tuning method has been already applied to the KRG system tester modification of LA NPP, and through the actual application, this tuning method could satisfy the requirements of circuit calibration, and assure the accuracy of channel testing.
