摘　　要：目的模拟战场救护后送动态环境,进行静脉留置针穿刺训练,验证训练方法的推广可行性,以提高军队护士实战化静脉输液技能。方法从所在军区8所军队医院,便利抽样选取14名军人护士,集中进行8周训练,应用多功能战场救护训练平台,模拟不同运动模式下静脉留置针穿刺训练情景。结果第8周穿刺成功率为90.71%,较第3周的32.86%提高明显(P<0.05);第3周静态环境下静脉留置针穿刺时间明显短于动态环境下(P<0.05);第8周动态环境下静脉留置针穿刺时间与静态环境下无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论应用多功能战场救护训练平台开展模拟动态环境下的静脉留置针穿刺训练是可行的,可有效提高军队护士实战化静脉输液技能,训练方法值得推广。Objective Through venous indwelling needle puncture training in the simulated battlefield evacuation environment,to improve army nurses＇ ability of venous transfusion in real combat,and to vali- date the possibility of application of this training method.Methods By convenience sampling, 14 military nurses selected from 8 military hospitals received venous indwelling needle puncture training in the simula- ted battlefield evacuation environment for 8 weeks. Results The achievement ratio of puncture in the eighth week was 90.71%, and it was significantly increased than the third week of 32.86 % （P 〈0.05）.The time of venous indwelling needle puncture of static environment was shorter than in dynamic environment in the third week（P〈0.05）,while it showed no obvious difference in the eighth week（P〉0.05）.Conclusion It is feasible to carry out venous indwelling puncture training by using multi-functional war rescue training platform, which can effectively improve the army nurses＇ intravenous infusion skills in real combat and are worth of being generalized.
