摘 要:在"互联网+"深度融合和刚性环境规制约束的经济发展新常态下,文章将信息化水平、环境规制引入经典生产函数,研究了中国制造业的空间集聚程度及其影响因素。基于2006-2015年的面板数据,运用改进的区位商指数模型,从理论分析和实证研究两个方面研究了信息化水平、环境规制强度对中国制造业空间集聚水平的影响效应。研究结果表明:中国制造业空间集聚程度与信息化水平呈显著正相关关系,与环境规制强度呈负相关关系且存在边际效用递减。基于此,提出通过不断加强信息化水平建设优化制造业聚集格局,并对制造业过度集聚的地区施行环境规制的政策建议。In the "Internet plus" deep integration and rigid constraints of environmental regulation of economic development under the new norm, this paper introduces the informatization level and the environmental regulation into the classical production function, and stud- ies Chinese manufacturing spatial agglomeration and its influencing factors. Based on the 2006-2015 panel data, applying the improved lo- cation quotient index mode, the paper studies the impacts of the level of informatization and the strength of environmental regulation on the level of Chinese manufacturing spatial agglomeration from both the theoretical analysis and the empirical test. The results show that the spatial agglomeration degree of Chinese manufacturing industry is significantly positively related to the level of informatization, and negatively related to the strength of environmental regulation, and there is diminishing marginal utility. Accordingly, the paper puts for- ward policy recommendations on continuously improving the informatization level to optimize manufacturing agglomeration pattern, and im- plementing environmental regulation on the excessive agglomeration of manufacturing sector.
