摘　　要：研究生招生监督机制在完善大学治理结构、提高人才培养质量、遏制招生腐败、彰显教育公等方面具有重要意义。文章分析了高校研究生招生监督体制的四个有机组织部分,包括纵向层级监督机制、横向协作监督机制、社会监督机制,提出强化监督的法制化、制度化、信息化、责任化思路,建议完善立法、创新制度、加大责任追究力度,提高监督实效。The supervisory mechanism of postgraduate enrollment is of great significance in improving the governance structure of university and the quality of fostering talents, curbing the corruption of the enrollment as well as highlighting the education equality. The four crucial parts of supervisory mechanism of postgraduate enrollment, including longitudinally hierarchical mechanism of super- vision, horizontally coordinated mechanism of supervision together with social mechanism of supervision are analyzed in the paper. Le- galization, institutionalization, informatization and responsibility of the supervision is proposed to be strengthened. Legislation improve- ment and institutional innovation are recommended. The effort of ascertaining accountability and the practical efficiency of supervision are reinforced.
