网络教务环境中的高校学籍档案管理研究

摘　　要：学籍管理是高校教学运行环节不可或缺的组成部分。它是对高校学生的入学情况、在校情况以及毕业情况的真实记录;它对学校招生工作、日常学生管理工作、学生奖惩工作、留学升学就业工作等等有着不可替代的意义。然而,随着各项技术的不断发展,高校学籍档案管理在数字化网络教务环境中的弊端逐渐显露出来,尤其对于中外合作办学这种新型的办学模式带来了极大的困扰。因此,对于高校而言,学籍档案管理的优化与改革工作迫在眉睫。基于此背景,文章从我国高校学籍档案管理现状及其存在问题入手,对我国高校学籍管理数字化软件使用情况以及高校学籍档案管理方法对策进行探讨与分析。Student status management is an indispensable part of academic plans and executions at colleges. As a record from enrollment to student performance to graduation, it is of vital significance to college enrollment, daily student management, reward and punishment system, and student＇s overseas study, further study, and job obtainment. However, as technologies continuously develop, colleges have suffered from disadvantages of the student status and archive management in the digital network educational environ- ment, especially for those Sino-foreign joint education colleges. Therefore, it is urgent for colleges to optimize and reform the student status and archive management. Based on this, this paper aims to explore the current situation and problem, analyze the use of digi- talized software, and discuss the strategy and solution of the college student status and archive management in China.
