摘　　要：目的研究胆固醇在榄香烯口服乳中的配伍稳定性。方法采用正交设计优化了胆固醇的用量,并优化了制备工艺,在6个月加速试验条件下考察口服乳配伍相容性,检测指标包括外观性状、pH值、离心分层、含量。结果榄香烯口服乳的最优处方中5 g胆固醇,15 g大豆磷脂,最优工艺为油相与水相在80℃混合。口服乳6个月加速试验稳定性好。结论胆固醇在榄香烯口服乳中具有良好的配伍相容性。Objective To study the compatible stability of cholesterol in elemene oral emulusion. Methods The cholesterol content and preparation technique were optimized by orthogonal design, and the compatibility of the oral emulusion was investigated under the condition of accelerated test for 6 months. The indexes of the test included appearance, pH value, centrifugal separation and concentration. Results The optimum prescription was 5 g cholesterol,15 g soybean lecithin.The optimum preparation technique was oil phase and aqueous phase mixed at 80. Elemene oral emulusion was stable after 6 months of acceleration test. Conclusion Cholesterol had good compatibility with elemene oral emulusion.
