摘  要:目的优化四味土木香散中挥发油的提取工艺,提高挥发油的提取率,为新型制剂开发和质量稳定性控制奠定基础。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用4因素3水平(粉末粒径、浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量)L_9(3~4)正交试验法,对四味土木香散挥发油的提取工艺进行优选,以挥发油的提取量和有效成分含量为考察指标。结果影响挥发油提取率的主次关系为提取时间>浸泡时间>粉末粒径>加水量,最佳提取工艺为四味药材按配方比例混合,粉末粒径d>3 mm,浸泡时间0.5 h,提取时间7 h,加水量700 ml。结论此法优选的提取工艺稳定可行,且该工艺方法合理,挥发油的提取率高。Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in Siweitumuxiang Powder, improve the extraction rate of volatile oil and lay the foundation for the development of new formulation and the control of quality stability. Methods The volatile oil is extracted by steam distillation method and the extraction process of Siweitumuxiang Powder is carried out by using the orthogonal test method with 4 factors 3 levels (powder particle size, soaking time, extraction time and adding water) L9(34), using the extraction amount of volatile oil and the content of active ingredient as the index. Results The results show that the primary and secondary effects of volatile oil's extraction rate are as follows: extraction time 〉 soaking time 〉 powder particle size 〉 water addition. The best extraction process is to mix the four drugs according to the formula.The powder particle size is more than 3 mm and the soaking time is 0.5 h. Four medicines should extract 7 h and add 700 ml water. Conclusion The preferred process is stable and feasible.The extraction method is reasonable and the extraction rate of volatile oil is high.
