摘  要:目的提高碧玉散的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别处方中甘草、青黛药材;用高效液相色谱法测定靛玉红的含量,流动相为甲醇∶水(70∶30);流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:292 nm。结果甘草、青黛薄层鉴别图清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;靛玉红回归方程为:Y=2 837.4 X+0.664 93(r=0.999 9),靛玉红在0.025 2~0.25 2μg范围内其峰面积值呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.23%,RSD=1.54%(n=6)。结论薄层鉴别结果清晰、专属性强;含量测定方法简便、重现性好,为碧玉散质量控制提供了依据。Objective To improve the quality standard of Biyu powder. Methods Identify Licorice, Indigo herbs of the prescription by thin layer chromatography. Determine the content of the indirubinby by high-performance liquid chromatography. Mobile phase is methanol and water (70 : 30);Velocity of flow is 1.0 ml/min;The column temperature is 30 ~C; The wavelength of detector is 292 nm. Results The regression equation of the indirubin is Y = 2 837.4 X + 0.664 93 ( r = 0.999 9). Its peak area values showed a good linear relationship within the scope of 0.025 2 - 0.252 0μg. The average recovery rate is 99.23%, RSD = 1.54 % (n = 6). Conclusion TLC results are distinct and specific. Content determination method is simple and easy to reproduce. It can provide the basis for controlling the quality of Biyu powder.
