摘　　要：在服刑场所,罪犯会见社会人员,尤其是亲属的现象普遍存在。但由于种种原因,尤其是对会见工作性质的把握不当,导致会见工作中客观存在诸多问题,这不仅会削弱监狱行刑的严肃性,而且极易侵害罪犯合法权益,甚至诱发司法腐败。因此,加强对会见工作性质的法理思考,并在此基础上提出合理建议十分必要。Criminals meeting with social workers, especially relatives is very common during imprisonment. Due to various reasons such as the improper way to handle the nature of meeting criminals, many problems have arisen in the practical field. It not only undermines the seriousness of prison execution, but also infringes the legitimate rights and interests of criminals, even leads to judicial corruption. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the jurisprudence thinking on the nature of the work, and put forward reasonable suggestions.
