摘　　要：对三门峡双龙湖白天鹅观赏景区进行了详细的分析和规划,目的是把湿地保护区与生态旅游结合起来,以构建具有生物多样性特征的生态旅游景区。规划的内容包括总体布局、功能分区规划、交通系统规划、附属设施和植被景观分区等。结论是通过此规划从宏观、城市整体、生态角度将给三门峡城市带来广阔生态效益和社会效益,同时可以为其他类似项目提供借鉴。The paper makes a detailed analysis and project of Sanmenxia Shuanglong Lake Scenery, and the propurse of the project is to combine the Wetland Nature Reserve with ecotourism, to construct the ecological tourism with the characteristics of the protection of biological diversity, the content of the project contains the overall layout, the planning of functional districts and transportation systems, accessory facilities and vegetation landscape area and so on. In conclusion, this paper though the project to produce a broad ecological benefit and social benefit. Moreover, the project can provide reference for other similar projects.
