摘  要:领型是决定电磁屏蔽服装屏蔽效能的关键因素之一,其影响规律到目前还未明确。为此通过实验研究领型对电磁屏蔽服装屏蔽效能的影响。根据电磁屏蔽服装领口特点,采用不锈钢面料制作不同尺寸和结构的立体领型样衣,借助3米法半电波暗室对样品进行屏蔽效能测试,并结合电磁及服装结构理论对实验数据进行分析。结果表明:圆领领型样衣的屏蔽效能随频率的增加表现出波动状态,在测试频率范围内,两端频率段附近样衣的屏蔽效能明显高于中间频率段;立领领型和翻领领型样衣的屏蔽效能高于圆领样衣的屏蔽效能,在领围尺寸一样时,结构设计较为复杂的领型整体屏蔽效能更好;坦领样衣的屏蔽效能优于海军领样衣的屏蔽效能。The collar type is one of the key factors that decide the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing,and its influence rule has not been clear up to now.Therefore,an experiment to study the influence of collar type on shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing is designed in the paper.According to the characteristics of electromagnetic shielding clothing neckline,stainless steel fabric is used to make three-dimensional collar samples of different sizes and structures,and the shielding effectiveness of the samples is measured by 3 msemi-anechoic chamber.Finally,the experimental data are analyzed by combining the theory of electromagnetic and garment structure,some conclusions have been obtained.The shielding effectiveness of the round collar sample exhibits fluctuation state with the increase of frequency,in the test frequency range,the shielding effectiveness of the clothing at both ends of the frequency section is obviously higher than that of the middle frequency section.The shielding effectiveness of stan-up collar and lapel collar sample is higher than round collar sample,when the collar size is the same,the design of the collar type structure is more complicated,and the overall shielding effectiveness of the clothing is better.The shielding effectiveness of flat collar sample is better than the sailor collar sample.
