摘　　要：目的:探讨0.4%盐酸罗哌卡因注射液在超声引导后入路腘窝坐骨神经阻滞时的半数有效容量(EV_(50))。方法:选择30例腘窝坐骨神经阻滞下行拇外翻手术女性患者,年龄30~50岁,体重50~70 kg,ASA分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级,在超声引导下行后入路腘窝坐骨神经阻滞,定位成功后注入0.4%盐酸罗哌卡因注射液,起始容量为20 mL。随后按Dixon序贯法进行试验,按阻滞效果情况,下1例可增减2 mL。计算0.4%盐酸罗哌卡因注射液超声引导后入路腘窝坐骨神经阻滞时的EV_(50)及其95%可信区间(95%CI)。结果:0.4%盐酸罗哌卡因注射液超声引导后入路腘窝坐骨神经阻滞的EV_(50)为15.2 mL及其95%CI为13.4~17.2 mL。结论:0.4%盐酸罗哌卡因注射液超声引导后入路腘窝坐骨神经阻滞的EV_(50)为15.2 mL。Objective：To investigate the median effective volume（EV50） of 0.4% ropivacaine hydrochloriok injection for ultrasound-guided posterior popliteal sciatic nerve block. Methods： 30 ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ female patients.aged 30-50 yr weighing 50-70 kg received posterior popliteal nerve block guided with ultrasound for hallux valgus surgery. The volume of 0.4% ropivacaine hydrochloriok injection injected was determined by the response of the previous patient using an up-and-down technique.The initial volume was 20 mL.Each time the volume increased/decreased by 2 mL.The EV50 and 95%confidence interval of 0.4% ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided posterior popliteal sciatic nerve block were calculated.Results： The EV50 and 95% confidence interval of 0.4% ropivacaine resulting in complete block of the sciatic nerve in 50% patients was 15.2 mL and （13.4-17.2） mL. Conclusion： The EV50 of 0.4% ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided posterior popliteal sciatic nerve is 15.2 mL.
