摘  要:目的观察高原红细胞增多对血尿酸(UA)水平的影响,为高原地区研究高尿酸血症的机制奠定基础。方法选择刚进藏新兵99名,将其分为0月(对照组)和1、2、6、12个月(观察组),检测各组血红蛋白(HGB)及血尿酸水平并作比较分析。结果各观察组血红蛋白水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),各观察组血尿酸水平也明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且血尿酸水平变化与高原红细胞增多有明显的相关性。结论高原红细胞增多是引起高尿酸血症的因素之一。Objective To observe the effect of high altitude polycythenia on the level of serum uric acid (UA) so as to lay a basis for the mechanism research of hyperuricemia at high altitude. Methods 99 new recruits newly arrived in Tibet were divided into 2 groups : control group (just arrived in Tibet) and observation group ( including 4 sub-groups : 1-month sub-group, 2-month sub-group, 6-month sub-group and 12-month sub-group); the levels of hemoglobin (HGB) and UA of the cases in each group were observed and a comparative analysis was made. Results The levels of HGB and UA in observation group was much higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; there existed an obvious correlation between the level changes of UA and high altitude polycythenia. Conclusions High altitude polycythenia is one of the factors leading to the occurrence of hyperuricemia.
