基于DEA模型的湖北省文化旅游产业效率评价

摘　　要：以提高湖北省文化旅游产业发展效率为目的,通过选取湖北省13个城市作为决策单元,应用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)方法对其文化旅游产业投入产出效率进行研究。在文化旅游产业内涵及文献研究的基础上,选取第三产业投资额、文化旅游重点项目投资额及文化旅游吸引物数量为投入指标,将国内、入境旅游人数以及国内、国际旅游收入四项设定为产出指标,测算2015年湖北省13个城市文化旅游产业的效率评价结果。研究结果表明,湖北文化旅游产业的平均发展效率偏低,需加强在资源科学管理和资源合理利用等方面的考虑。With the aim of improving Hubei＇efficiency of cultural tourism industry,this paper takes 13 cities as DMU,and evaluates their input-output efficiency in culture and tourism industry by DEA. Based on cultural tourism industry significance and literature review,we select tertiary industry investment,investment in the key projects of cultural tourism and the number of the cultural tourism attractions as input indicators,and take domestic tourist arrivals,outbound tourist arrivals,domestic and international tourism income as output indicators,to calculate efficiency of cultural tourism industry of the 13 cities in Hubei Province. The result shows that the overall performance of the tourism industry is weak and management and utilization of resources should be strengthened.
