摘 要:刚性涡轮泵转子低速动平衡是装配过程中的重要环节,残余不平衡量的大小是转子振动的关键影响因素之一,也是影响涡轮泵可靠性的重要因素。在某型发动机涡轮泵研制过程中,出现试车分解后不平衡量较装配时增加10~20倍的情况。对该涡轮泵转子建立了装配间隙对动平衡影响程度的理论模型,研究了不同零件的偏心距以及配合间隙对转子残余不平衡量的影响程度。根据影响程度对比,可以确定需要严格控制装配状态和单独动平衡的零件。通过反复拆装动平衡测试试验,对理论模型进行了验证。Low-speed dynamic balance of rigid rotor is a very important link in the process of turbopump assemble. Residual imbalance is one of the key influence factor of rotor vibration, as well as an important factor affecting the reliability of turbopump. During the development of turbopump in a certain engine, the amount of imbalance after hot test was 10-20 times higher than that appeared in assemble process. The theoretical model of the turbopump rotor was established to determine the effect of the tolerance clearance on dynamic balance. The influence of mass eccentricity and tolerance clearance on the residual imbalance was studied. Those components whose assemble accuracy and balance need to be independently strengthened were determined by comparing the influence level. The dynamic balance experiments were done several times for validation of the theoretical model.
