摘  要:全载玻片成像扫描(Whole Slide imaging,WSI)技术及其衍生的一系列数字病理技术和方法为改变传统临床病理诊断方法,探索计算机辅助临床病理诊断和提高远程病理会诊的学术培训交流创造了新的机会。随着人工智能技术的兴起,相信在今后病理日常工作中WSI技术将逐步替代传统切片的诊断地位。本文从临床诊断病理的角度出发,阐述数字病理的发展阶段、特点和面临的挑战,讨论今后数字病理在中国的发展方向。Whole slide imaging (WSI) technology and its derivatives of series of digital pathology techniques and methods are changing the traditional methods of clinical and pathological diagnosis. They are also creating new opportunities in exploring the comput- er aided clinical pathological diagnosis and improving the telepathological consultation, pathological education and practice. With the rise of artificial intelligence technology, WSI technology will gradually replace the traditional slice in routine work of pathology in the future. This commentary discusses the development stages, and characteristics and challenges of digital pathology from the perspective of clinical diagnostic pathology, as well as the future development of digital pathology in China.
