摘　　要：民主的精神不仅仅是选举、投票,它最具生命力的实质内核是协商参与,协商民主与选举民主是社会主义民主的两种重要范式。基于中西语境审视协商民主的理论本质,进一步明晰协商民主在社会主义民主中的层次与定位,并以此为基础,重点考察社会主义协商民主与选举民主二者之间的内在关联。选举民主与协商民主的有机结合,共同体现了中国特色社会主义民主政治的特色所在与本质属性。The spirit of democracy is more than election and voting,its vital kernel is consultative participation.Consultative democracy and electoral democracy are two important forms of socialist democracy.？Examining the theoretical nature of consultative democracy in the context of Chinese and western context,we further clarify the value proposition of consultative democracy in socialist democracy.At the same time,this paper focuses on the internal relation between socialist consultative democracy and electoral democracy.The combination of consultative democracy and electoral democracy embodies essential attribute of Chinese characteristic socialism democratic politics.
