摘　　要：在地震预测预报技术仍处于研究过程的现阶段,进一步重视和加强地震应急救援培训工作,引导现场普通民众尽可能多地掌握有关地震救援的一些必要的知识、技能、技巧和方法,以减轻地震灾害造成的生命财产损失,这将在防震减灾事业中发挥更加重要的作用。同时,论述了云南省地震应急救援第一响应人培训工作的主要成果和改进措施。The earthquake prediction technology is still in the stage of the research process, in order to further emphasize and strengthen the earthquake emergency rescue training, it should be trained on-site guidance of ordinary people as much as possible to know well about the earthquake rescue necessary knowledge, skills and methods to mitigate loss of life and property which caused by earthquake disasters, and this will be played an important role in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. It also discussed the main achievements and improvement measures of earthquake emergency first responder training work in Yunnan province.
