摘  要:对在TMS-1024i全自动生化仪上用肌氨酸氧化酶法测定肌酐含量的分析性能进行评价。参考国内外有关仪器分析性能评价的文件和文献,结合日常临床实践,对全自动生化分析仪测定血清肌酐的线性结果、精密度、准确度、分析测量范围、分析干扰和生物参考区间的分析性能进行验证和评价。实验方法不精密度批内变异系数CV为2.49%,批间变异系数CV为2.74%,准确度试验方法相对偏差为0.6%;在线性范围0~1562μmol/L内,线性良好,相关系数r=0.9998。应用TMS-1024i全自动分析仪测定血清肌酐含量,仪器分析性能的线性范围、精密度、准确度均能满足血清肌酐的测定要求,可以应用于日常临床检验工作。The analytical performance of the creatinine in the TMS-1024 i fully automated biochemical analyzer was measured using the sarcosine oxidase assay. With reference to the instruments and literatures on the evaluation of instrumental performance at home and abroad,combined with daily clinical practice,the linearity,precision,accuracy,analytical measurement range,analysis interference and biological reference intervals of the serum creatinine were tested and evaluated by the automatic biochemical analyzer. The intra-assay coefficient of variation( CV) was 2. 49%,the CV was 2. 74% and the relative error was 0. 6%. The linearity was good in the linear range of 0 ~ 1562μmol/L. The correlation coefficient r = 0. 9998. The serum creatinine content was measured by TMS-1024i automatic analyzer. The analytical linearity,precision and accuracy of the instrument could meet the requirement of determination of serum creatinine and could be used in daily clinical test.
