摘  要:采用氨精制工艺,对某化工厂酸性水汽提单元汽提出的粗气氨中的氨回收利用。本氨精制的工艺流程为洗涤、结晶、精脱硫、压缩冷凝,其中精脱硫采用专有精脱硫催化剂及其技术。经过模拟计算,并进行详细设计,通过实践证明该氨精制工艺效果优良,一次开车成功,且运行平稳,连续生产合格液氨,其中硫化氢含量≤10 ppm。Recycle the pure ammonia from the crude ammonia of the sour water stripping device,by means of ammonia refining process. The ammonia refining process includes washing,crystallization,fine desulfurization,compression and condensation.The fine desulfurization uses ammonia desulfurization sorbent which is the proprietary technology. Through simulation and construction design,the ammonia refining unit was driven successfully only by one time. The ammonia refining unit operated smoothly,and produce the certified liquid ammonia. Hydrogen sulfide content in the liquid ammonia was less than or equal to 10 ppm.
