摘 要:工作液是影响电火花线切割极间正常放电的最重要因素之一,在加工中具有不可忽视的重要作用。因此进行了工作液连续切割试验,并基于电压脉冲放电概率和伺服进给速率分析了工作液性能的变化。发现新配制工作液累积切割面积达26×10~4mm^2时,电极丝直径损耗0.03 mm;而后更换同等条件下的新丝,再切割18×10~4mm^2后,电极丝直径损耗就达到了0.03 mm。结果表明,随着工作液性能的降低,在极间空载脉冲比例增大及伺服跟踪减慢的情况下,单位切割面积的丝径损耗依然加大。Dielectric fluid is one of the most important factors that affect the inter-electrode normal discharge in wire-cut electrical discharge machining,and it plays a very significant role in processing. A continuous cutting experiment was carried out,and change of dielectric fluid performance was analyzed based on voltage pulse discharge probability and servo feed rate. It is found that the wire electrode diameter wear is 0. 03 mm when the accumulated cutting area reaches 26 × 104mm2,applying with the new preparation dielectric fluid; and then the new wire electrode is utilized with the other conditions maintaining the same,the wire electrode diameter loss reaches 0. 03 mm when the accumulated cutting area reaches 18× 104mm2. The results show that the wire electrode diameter wear of each unit machining area is still increased with the decrease of the dielectric fluid performance,even though the ratio of the open-circuit pulse increases and the servo tracking slows down.
