摘  要:闽楠[Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.)Yang]具有良好的经济、社会、生态价值,通过闽楠扦插繁殖试验,研究不同扦插基质、不同浓度IBA处理对闽楠扦插生根性状的影响。结果表明:不同扦插基质对闽楠扦插生根率、平均最大根长、生根数均有显著影响,用泥炭土作为基质进行扦插,生根率(80.00%)和平均最大根长(5.44cm)均显著高于细河沙基质和混合基质;不同浓度IBA浓度对扦插生根率和平均最大根长有显著影响,对生根数没有显著影响,当IBA浓度为600mg?L^(-1)时,生根率和平均最大根长均显著高于其他浓度。因此,采用泥炭土作为基质并用600mg?L^(-1)IBA对插穗进行处理具有较好扦插效果。Phoebe bournei had a good economic, social, ecological value.Cutting propagation test was used for different cutting propagation media and concentrations of rooting reagents to affect rooting rate and root increment of Phoebe bournei. The results indicated that the cutting propagation media had obvious affection on rooting rate, root increment and rooting number of Phoebe bournei. The rooting rate and root increment of Phoebe bournei cutting with mud carbon soil matrix was significantly higher than those with west river sand matrix.The different concentrations of IBA had obvious affection on rooting rate and root increment, but had no obvious affection on cutting number. When the IBA concentration is 600mg/L, the rooting rate and root increment of Phoebe bournei was significantly higher than the others. In summary, cutting with mud carbon soil matrix and treated with 600mg/L IBA had a better cutting effect.
