摘　　要：面对海量的文献信息,要让用户成为信息的主宰,需要根据用户不同的需求,精准地对信息进行科学的组织与管理。本文从信息组织加工的角度提出了图书馆精准服务的必要性及策略,并提出单元信息的鉴选原则、标准,以及单元信息组织的方法和实现措施。While confronting the massive literature information, the library shall organize and manage the information accurately according to different needs of the readers, who shall become the master of the information. This article puts forward the necessity and strategy for the library to provide precision service from the angle of information organization and processing. Meanwhile, it puts forward the principle and standard of unit information selection and the method and realization of unit information organization.
