摘　　要：半乳糖凝集素-3（Galectin-3）作为凝集素超家族中的一员,正日益受到重视.迄今为止,已有多项研究报道了Galectin-3在不同疾病中的表达情况的相关性.该综述查阅了大量中外文献报道,旨在说明Galectin-3的生物学特性以及它在各个系统疾病的发生、发展中所起到的作用.Galectin-3可以在多种疾病高表达,并与多种疾病有密切的联系,正是由于它的这种特性,使其有可能作为多种疾病诊断及治疗的一个可靠检测指标,甚至可以成为疾病治疗的靶基因.Galectin-3 is attracting increasing attention. So far, Galectin 3 is a member of the lectins. Several studies have reported that galectin-3 is expressed in different diseases. This review looks up to a large amount of Chinese and foreign literatures, showing its biological characteristics and its role in diseases. Galectin-3 can be highly expressed in a variety of diseases, and is closely related with a variety of diseases. It is precisely because of this characteristic that may be used as a reliable indicator to detect a variety of disease in diagnosis and treatment, and even become a target gene for the treatment of diseases.
