摘　　要：本文报道了1例经过抗凝治疗后门静脉血栓再通的乙型肝炎肝硬化病例。回顾近年肝硬化合并门静脉血栓的文献,总结抗凝治疗的重要性。This paper reports a patient with hepatitis B cirrhosis after antieoagulation therapy and portal vein thrombosis reeanalization. We review recent literature on cirrhosis and portal vein thrombosis, and conclude the significance of anticoagulation therapy.
