摘　　要：医学分子生物研究揭示了同性情感在发育起源和遗传上的分子生物学机制,为美国实施同性婚姻法律保护提供了强有力的证据。现代分子生物学进展对同性情感的影响体现在:近年来与同性情感相关的分子生物学重大发展;piRNA-Fem piRN-甲基化修饰性别调控学说为诠释同性情感的分子机理提供了重要的证据;西方社会对同性情感态度的根本改变。现代医学分子生物学的研究进展揭示同性情感是受遗传发育分子机制决定的自然现象,可促使政府及相关法学界的广泛重视,启示我国同性婚姻立法亟待思考。Current progresses on molecular bio-medical research unveil molecular mechanisms of homosexuality on human development and genetic discovery. These studies provide detailed supports of legal protection for same-sex marriage legalization announced by the US federal government to implement the bill. In this study, we discuss the following aspects of same-sex emotion in the progress upon related issue. These evidences explicate the important role of molecular biology on the federal legitimate. The major advances on the homosexual feelings in molecular biology found that dual sensory circuits＇ doctrine ; piRNA-Fem piRNA sex release the interpretation of molecule mechanism on homosexual feelings, which provides critical supporting evidences in this issue. In Western world, it is extremely fast for society to benefit their legality right from current progresses of academic research. The response rate of the Science-to-Law would sort of examples for developing countries including China to pursue on their own legalization on homosexuality issues.
