护理人员健康教育能力研究现状综述

摘　　要：随着患者需求不断提高及护理职业自身发展的需要,对护理人员健康教育能力的要求越来越高。为提高我国护理人员健康教育能力,提高护理对象满意度,本文从健康教育能力的概念、国内外研究现状、护理人员健康教育能力测评工具等方面进行综述,指出目前我国护理人员健康教育能力处于中等偏上水平,但专业知识不足,效果评价内容欠缺,提示今后可增加相关方面的发展研究。As the patient needs improving and the needs of the development of nursing profession itself, the requirement of health education ability of nursing staff became higher and higher. To improve the ability of nursing health education in our countiy and improve the service object satisfaction, this article reviewed from the concept of health education ability, the present situation and the nursing staff health education ability evaluation tool and so on. It was found that the current health education capacity of nurses was above the average, but the professional knowledge and effect evaluation were lack. We can increase the future development of this research.
