摘  要:西安市某医学院眼视光学专业通过校企共同成立大赛组委会、制定大赛内容、设置大赛评价标准、进行赛前培训与大赛实施等环节的实践,形成了"校企双主体"的眼视光技能大赛模式。该模式得到师生的高度评价,既提高了学生的综合能力,又改革了眼视光学实践教学模式,还促进了校企融合。在此基础上,应把人文关怀+沟能协作能力+心理素质的培养渗透到日常教学中,同时改革专业课程体系。Several activities were practiced by college and enterprise, which consisted of setting up competition organizing committee, drawing up competition contents, establishing evaluation criteria, pre-match training and competition implementation. This practice formed a "school-enterprise dual-subject" optometry skill competition mode. The model had been highly appraised by teachers and students, it could not only improve the ability of students in many ways, but also reform the optical practice teaching mode and promote the integration of school and enterprise. On the basis of this model, humanistic care + communication and coop- eration ability + psychological quality should be permeated into daily teaching, and the curriculum system should be reformed at the same time.
