数字鸿沟对我国政府门户网站的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：政府门户网站是全球信息化浪潮中有效传递政策信息、为人民提供信息服务的主要渠道,而数字鸿沟现象对政府信息的有效传递形成了巨大障碍。文章以公众需求及感知为出发点,以数字鸿沟分析为视角,对政府门户网站服务中数字鸿沟的具体表现及成因进行分析。以镇江市政府门户网站为研究对象,通过问卷调查和数据分析,研究影响公众接受度的因素。以数据分析结论为基础,探讨突破我国政府门户网站中数字鸿沟困境的路径,探索符合互联网+时代要求的政府门户网站建设路径。In the global information tide, government portal is the main channel of effectively transferring policy information and providing information services for the people, while the digital divide phenomenon has created a great obstacle to the effective transmission of government information. Taking the public demand and perception as the starting point, and taking the digital divide analysis as the angle of view, this paper analyzes the concrete manifestation and the cause of the digital divide in the government portal services. Taking Zhenjiang government portal website as the object of study, through questionnaire survey and data analysis, the factors that influence the acceptance of public are analyzed. Based on the results of data analysis, the path of breakthrough the digital divide obstacle of China＇s government portal is discussed, and the construction path of the government portal that fits the requirements of Internet plus era is explored.
