摘　　要：首先分析了逆向物流问题带来的商业挑战与机遇,归纳了逆向物流商业价值的驱动因素,然后创新性地提出了在当前全球绿色低碳循环发展下,逆向物流成为"第五利润源"的前提和内涵,以及实现企业额外利润、绿色发展和社会效益的途径。在此基础上,归纳了国内逆向物流生态圈的5种商业模式,并对各模式的代表企业、特色和涉及产品等进行了分析。最后,对逆向物流的经济性边际效益、客户粘合度以及可持续性发展进行了阐述。In this paper, we first analyzed the challenge and opportunity for the reverse logistics industry, summarized the driving factors of the commercial value of the industry and proposed for the first time the connotation and prerequisite of reverse logistics as the fifth profit source and an effective path to bring about extra profit, green development and social benefit of an enterprise. Then on such basis, we summarized the five common business modes for the reverse logistics ecosphere of the reverse logistics industry, then analyzed the representative enterprise, characteristic and product of each one, and at the end, elaborated on the economic marginal effect, customer stickiness and sustainable development of the reverse logistics industry.
