摘 要:描述了利用三维有限元软件对油阻尼断路器触头系统的分析方法。利用电-磁耦合分析,对触头间的霍姆力和导体臂间的洛伦兹力分别进行了仿真分析,得到触头系统的电流密度分布、磁感应强度分布、触头和触头臂的受力情况。通过理论值与仿真结果的对比,验证了利用Ansys求解电动力的可行性,并分析了影响霍姆力的主要因素。通过仿真得到了霍姆力随表面接触系数、接触压力和材料硬度变化的规律,最后分析了霍姆力对接触电阻的影响情况。能为油阻尼断路器的优化设计提供依据。This paper proposed an analysis method for the contact system of circuit breaker with oil dashpot using three-dimensional finite element software.The Holm force between contacts and the Lorentz force between the conductor arms were analyzed through electro-magnetic coupling analysis respectively.The current density distribution,magnetic intensity distribution and the force of the contact and contact arm were obtained.Comparison of simulation results with the theoretical one shows that it is feasible to use this method to solve electrodynamic force of circuit breaker with oil dashpot.Then the main factors that influence the Holm force were analyzed.The simulation results show the changes of Holm force with different surface contact coefficient,contact pressure and material hardness.At last,the influence of Holm force on contact resistance was analyzed.This provides the basis for the optimization design of the circuit breaker with oil dashpot.
