摘 要:区域电力市场中,省级电网在省内及省外各能量市场的购电组合直接影响其收益与风险。考虑电价的多分布性,以加权条件风险价值(WCVaR)度量省级电网公司的购电风险,建立电网公司期望收益最大化和风险最小化多目标优化模型。在售电侧实施峰谷分时电价的背景下,计及省级电网的调峰约束,采用多目标粒子群算法(MOPSO)求解模型。算例表明,有无调峰约束及调峰盈余大小都对购电组合优化结果产生显著影响,购电决策时计及调峰约束能更真实地反映各组合的收益与风险,模型能为购电组合决策提供有效的参考方案。In regional electricity market,the provincial power grid energy market purchasing portfolio in the province and outside the province affects the income and risk directly.Based on the multi-distribution of electricity prices,weighted conditional value at risk(WCVaR) was used to measure the purchasing risk of provincial power grid corp,and the multi-objective optimization model of maximizing expected return and minimizing risk was established.In consideration of the power grid peaking constraints and the implement ation of peak-valley price,the model was solved by multi-objective particle swarm algorithm.The numerical examples show whether there is peak constraint or not and peak earnings have a significant impact on the purchasing portfolio optimization.Considering peaking constraints when making procurement decisions can reflect the benefits and risks of each combination better.It provides a reference for effective purchasing portfolio decision.
