摘 要:接触器触头的碰撞接触及其所引起的弹跳现象是影响接触器寿命的重要因素,对接触器动态特性的研究具有重要的意义。基于直流接触器的结构特征提出了利用分段线性动力学模型来计算包含弹跳特征的结构动态特性,应用数值计算的方法研究了接触器运动的全过程,尤其是触头间的闭合弹跳现象。首先建立接触器的电磁模型,利用三维有限元非线性动态分析方法,求解出衔铁的电磁吸力;然后借助FLUXADAMS耦合计算技术获得动触头和衔铁的位移-时间曲线、速度-时间曲线等,并从中提取触头弹跳的相关参数;最后将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,发现其吻合良好,证明了所提方法研究接触器动态特性的准确性。The collision of the contactor contacts and the bouncing phenomenon caused by the contactor are important factors that affect the life of the contactor, and it is of great significance to study the dynamic characteristics of contactor. Based on the structure features of DC contactor, a piecewise linear dynamic model was proposed to calculate the dynamic characteristics of the structure including bounce behaviors in this study. The whole process of contactor movement was investigated by means of numerical calculation method, especially the closed bouncing phenomenon between contacts. Firstly, the electromagnetic model of the I)C contactor was established, and the electromagnetic attraction force of the armature was solved based on the three-dimensional finite element nonlinear dynamic analysis method. Then the displacement-time curve and velocity-time curve of moving contact and armature were obtained by means of FLUX-ADAMS coupling calculation technology, and the relevant parameters of the contact bounce were extracted. Finally, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results, which shows the results are in good agreement with each other, the proposed method is accurate to research the dynamic characteristics of contactors.
