摘 要:分别采用共沉淀法、浸渍法和水热法合成了Ni/CeO_2复合催化剂,对这三种催化剂进行乙醇水蒸气重整制氢性能测试。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)、热稳定性等表征技术对催化剂的结构和催化性能之间的关系进行了关联。结果表明,制备方法对催化活性有着重要的影响,水热法合成的Ni/CeO_2复合催化剂在反应温度为325℃时可将乙醇完全转化,在热稳定性能测试过程中表现出良好的活性、选择性和热稳定性。Ni/CeO2 composite catalyst prepared by coprecipitation method, sol-gel method and template approach respectively was evaluated for hydrogen production from steam reforming of ethanol. The relationship between the catalyst structure and the catalytic performance was characterized by techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD) , temperature programmed reduction (TPR) and thermal stability. The result showed that the preparation method had an important influence on catalytic activity. It was found that the ethanol was completely transformed by the Ni/CeO2 composite catalyst prepared by template approach at 325 ℃. The noteworthy catalytic activity, selectivity and thermal stability were exhibited on the Ni/CeO2 composite catalysts prepared by template approach.
