摘  要:介绍了利用微波法制备Pt/C纳米催化剂的方法和基本原理,利用对比试验,在不同还原剂,不同添加剂的量和不同p H条件下制备纳米催化剂,再通过X射线衍射、热重仪表征,利用布拉格公式计算出纳米颗粒粒径和负载,从实验结论可以看出以乙二醇为还原剂,添加剂醋酸钠体积为0.3 m L,碱性条件下制得的纳米催化剂颗粒粒径最小,实际负载与理论负载接近。The method and basic principle of preparing Pt/C nanocatalyst by microwave method were introduced. The nano-catalyst was prepared under different reducing agents, different additives and different pH conditions by X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. The particle size and loading of the nanoparticles were calculated by using the Bragg formula. From the experimental conclusion, it can be seen that ethylene glycol was used as the reducing agent, the volume of the sodium acetate was 0.3 mL, and the nano-catalyst particles prepared under alkaline conditions had the smallest particle size. The load was close to the theoretical load.
