六盘水地区粉煤灰中钛氧化物最佳分选法的研究

摘  要:研究发现六盘水地区粉煤灰中钛氧化物含量较高,若能将钛氧化物富集并提取出,将会产生较大经济效益。因此,本研究分别采用磁选法、浮选法对该地区粉煤灰进行分选。通过检测分选后物质中钛氧化物含量检验其分选效果,找出最佳分选方法。实验结果表明,采用浮选法,分离效果较好。且最优浮选条件为50 g粉煤灰+0.020 g植物油+0.020 g十二烷基磺酸钠。The study found that the content of oxide titanium from fly ash in Liupanshui district was much higher, thus the enrichment and extraction of oxide Titanium will produce a larger economic benefit. Magnetic separation and flotation were adopted to separate fly ash in this area. By testing the content of oxide titanium in the material after sorting and the sorting effect, the optimum sorting method was found. The results showed that the flotation method had better separation effect. The optimum flotation conditions were 50 g fly ash + 0. 020 g vegetable oil + 0. 020 g sodium dodecylsulphate.
