紫外可见分光光度法研究Cr(Ⅲ)与明胶反应影响因素

摘　　要：利用紫外可见分光光度法检测Cr(Ⅲ)与明胶的反应过程,探究Cr(Ⅲ)与明胶反应的最佳条件。研究表明,在CrCl_3溶液中,Cr(Ⅲ)与明胶反应的最佳质量配比为1∶3,最佳pH值为4.5,最佳温度为40℃,反应30 min基本完成;在Cr_2(SO_4)_3溶液中,Cr(Ⅲ)与明胶反应的最佳质量配比为1∶0.3,最佳pH值为5.0,最适温度为50℃,反应50 min基本完成。明胶中Cr(Ⅲ)的反应条件的研究,对药用明胶、铬鞣制的制备具有辅助参考作用,对研究Cr(Ⅲ)与明胶反应及工业上的应用有一定的借鉴价值。The reaction conditions between Cr （Ⅲ） and gelatin were detected by UV spectra, and the optimum condition was investigated. The results showed that in condition of chromium trichloride solution, the mass ratio of Cr（Ⅲ） and gelatin was 1 ： 3, the value of pH was 4.5, the temperature was 40 ℃ and the reaction time was 30 min. In condition of chromium sulfate solution, the mass ratio of Cr（ Ⅲ ） and gelatin was 1 ：0. 3, the value of pH was 5.0, the temperature was 50℃ and the time was 50 min. The reaction conditions of Cr （ Ⅲ） and gelatin had reference to the preparation of medicinal gelatin and chrome tanning, which also had some reference value for the reaction between Cr（Ⅲ） and gelatin and industrial application.
