摘 要:建立紫外分光光度法测定大黄不同炮制品中总蒽醌的含量,以大黄素为对照品,浓度为1%的醋酸镁甲醇溶液对其进行显色,在516 nm波长处测定吸光度,测定大黄不同炮制品总蒽醌的含量,比较其含量差异,其回归方程为:y=0.0452x+0.0015,R^2=0.9991,大黄素在浓度为0.9823.52μg/m L内有良好的线性范围,且准确性高、重复性好、检测结果稳定。该方法揭示中药大黄炮制前后总蒽醌的含量变化。该方法可作为大黄不同炮制品的质量控制方法,为今后综合开发利用中药大黄资源提供参考依据。The content of total anthraquinone in different processed products of rhubarb was determined by ultraviolet speetrophotometry. With emodin as the reference substance, magnesium acetate methanol solution with concentration of 1% had coloration to total anthraquinone. The absorbance was measured at the wavelength of 516 nm. The regression equation was y=0. 0452x+0. 0015, R2 =0. 9991, emodin had a good linear range in the concentration of 0. 98 ~23.52 μg/mL, and the accuracy was high, repeatability was good, and the detection results were stable. The content of total anthraquinone in different processed products of rhubarb was determined, and the content of total anthraquinone was changed before and after the processing of rhubarb. This method can be used to control the quality of different processed products of rhubarb, it provided a reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of Chinese rhubarb resources in the future.
