摘  要:重大专项CAP1400示范工程拟采用单机组废物处理系统与厂址废物处理设施相结合的模式处理放射性废液,针对该组合模式的特点研究开发了一套小型热泵蒸发装置用于核电站化学废液的净化处理。该蒸发装置采用模块化设计,具有热量利用效率高、耗电量低、占地空间小、操作成本低等优点。本文进一步介绍了热泵蒸发装置的工艺流程和结构特点,结合该装置的主要工艺参数,论述了其优异的节能特性。The national science and technology major project CAP1400 demonstration plant will use the combined mode to treat the liquid radioactive waste, which includes the radioactive waste treatment system for single unit and site radwaste treatment facility. A small-scale heat pump evaporator was developed to treat chemical liquid waste following the features of this mode. This evaporator was designed as an integrated block, which had great advantages of high energy efficiency, low electricity consumption, occupying small space and low operation cost. The process flow and equipment features of the heat pump evaporation were introduced. The main process parameters were employed to identify its excellent energy-saving characteristics.
