应用型大学的发展与教学改革

摘　　要：应用型大学在工业化和城市化的进程中建立并发展起来。为了适应高等教育大众化和普及化的需要,满足学生就业与发展的要求,应用型大学应当明确办学定位,进行教学改革。确立办学定位,应当处理好四个关系,即理论与应用、过去和未来、教学与科研、地方与全国的关系;创建应用型大学,必须从人才培养目标、教学理念、教学方法、教学管理等四个方面深化教学改革,构建现代教学体系。In the process of industrialization and urbanization, the applied universities have been established and developed. In order to meet the requirements of the popularization and universalization of higher education, and the needs of the students＇ employment and their development in the future, applied universities should hold a clear orientation and carry out teaching reform. For the orientation, we should deal with four relationships： theory and application; past and future; teaching and research; local and national. And we should carry out the teaching reform from the goal of talents cultivating, teaching idea, teaching method, and management of teaching according to the requirements of the applied universities＇ orientation.
