摘　　要：邮政与快递行业当前的变革式发展对于行业的人才需求与结构提出了新的要求与挑战,从三个方面分析邮政快递行业人才的需求特点,结合行业技术经济特征指出相应的人才培养要求,并在此基础上构建了面向智慧邮政与普惠邮政发展的邮政管理专业知识结构体系和课程体系。Nowadays,the revolutionary development in posts and express industry has been putting put forward new requirements and challenges for professionals demand and industrial structure.The characteristics of professionals demand are analyzed from three aspects.Based on the technical and economic characteristics of the industry,corresponding requirements of talent cultivation are proposed.Then the knowledge structure and curriculum system of postal management major are built on the basis of wisdom and inclusive postal management.
