摘 要:目的观察与探究围产营养门诊营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月期间于江阴市人民医院和江阴新桥卫生院就诊及治疗的100例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各有50例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,对对照组孕妇给予普通治疗和护理,对观察组孕妇给予围产营养门诊营养治疗,对比并分析两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖控制情况及糖尿病知识知晓情况。结果观察组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖控制率(92.00%)与对照组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(76.00%)相对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的糖尿病知识总知晓率(94.00%)与对照组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(72.00%)相对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施围产营养门诊营养治疗的效果较好。Objective This paper tries to observe and explore the effect of nutritional treatment on pregnant women during pregnancy. Methods 100 cases of gestational diabetes women from March 2015 to March 2017 in these two hospitals were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The pregnant women in the control group were given regular treatment and nursing, the observation group was given nutrition clinical treatment, gestational diabetes, and pregnant women blood glucose control and knowledge about diabetes of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The blood glucose control in the observation group of gestational diabetes pregnant women was 92.00% and that of the control group was 76.00%, the difference between groups was significant (P〈0.05), gestational diabetes women's knowledge of diabetes in the observation group was 94.00% and that of the control group was 72.00%, the difference between groups was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is better to carry out nutritional outpatient treatment in pregnant women during pregnancy.
