高血压合并糖尿病整体护理对预后影响的分析

摘　　要：目的探究整体护理对高血压合并糖尿病患者预后的影响。方法随机抽取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的高血压合并糖尿病患者共200例进行普通护理以及整体护理的对比研究。每组患者100例,分别对比两组患者在接受治疗后血压以及血糖改善情况以及患者对护理模式的满意度。结果普通护理模式患者血压以及血糖有效率分别为80%,79%。而整体护理组患者有效率达到了97%和96%,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同样,患者对整体护理模式的满意度也明显高于普通护理组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能够有效提高高血压合并糖尿病患者血压和血糖治疗的有效性,在临床治疗上值得推广并广泛应用。Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of holistic nursing on the prognosis of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods 200 cases of hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus treated in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group, one group was treated with the general nursing and the other group was treated with holistic nursing care, and then the the blood pressure and blood glucose improvement and patients＇ satisfaction with the nursing model of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The blood pressure and blood glucose efficiency were 80% and 79% in the general nursing model, while those in the holistic care group reached 97% and 96%, there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Similarly, the patient＇s satisfaction with the holistic care model was higher than the general care model （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing can effectively improve the effectiveness of blood pressure and blood glucose treatment in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus, which is worth popularization and widely use in clinical treatment.
