摘　　要：敦煌卷子P.2856《发病书》是占卜疾病的数术类文献,其中有不少涉及疾病症状的内容。研究认为,这些症状应该是当时敦煌地区民众发生率较高的症状,但与具体的疾病占卜、禳解并无特异性的联系。P. 2856 of Dunhuang Volumn is a document of numerology to disease-divination. There are many symptoms involved in the content. In the research,these symptoms should be the high incidence among the people living in Dunhuang area at that time. But there is no particular relationship among the specific disease-divination,prayers and diseases.
