摘　　要：目的:探讨经验方祛疣洗剂坐浴配合CO_2激光对尖锐湿疣患者皮损中CD1a、生存素的影响及疗效机制。方法:尖锐湿疣患者100例,随机分为2组:祛疣洗剂坐浴配合CO_2激光治疗为治疗组;单纯CO_2激光为对照组。每组50例。所有患者治疗前及祛疣洗剂坐浴半个月后,皮疹病理取材后进行CD1a、生存素的免疫组化标记。复发者,3个月内复发取第1次复发皮疹作为标本。另设正常对照组20例,检测项目同上。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(χ~2=6.37,P<0.05);复发率减少26%。尖锐湿疣患者与健康组对照比较:尖锐湿疣患者皮疹中朗格汉斯细胞的数量比正常人显著降低;祛疣洗剂坐浴可以增加皮损内朗格汉斯细胞细胞的数量。结论:祛疣洗剂坐浴可以增加皮损内朗格汉斯细胞的数量、抑制皮损内生存素的表达,减少血管的生成,从而治疗生殖器尖锐湿疣和减少尖锐湿疣的复发。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of sitz bath with warts lotion combined with CO2 laser treatment for condyloma acuminatum （CA） and explore its effect on CDln and survivin expression. Methods： One hundred patients of CA were randon into two groups： sitz bath with warts lotion combined with CO2 laser for treatment group, and CO2 laser for control group. Biopsy samples were collected before treatment and at half a month after treatment, and immunohistochemical stain with CDla and survivin was conducted. For those who relapsed, biopsy of lesion was conducted within 3 months. Another 20 healthy females were set as health control and received the sametest. Results： The efficacy in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group （x^2=6.37, P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate was reduced by 26%. The amount of Langerhans cells in the lesions of CA patients was significantly less than those in the healthy control; sitz bath with warts lotion could increase the number of Langerhans cellsin the lesions. Conclusion： Sitz bath with warts lotion could increase the number of Langerhans cell in CA lesions, inhibit the expression of survivin, reduce angiogenesis, thus effectively treated CA and reduced the recurrence rate.
