复方吲哚美辛酊联合甲硝唑治疗轻中度痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方吲哚美辛酊联合甲硝唑外用治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法将135例入选患者随机分为3组,试验组予复方吲哚美辛酊联合甲硝唑外用,对照组Ⅰ单用复方吲哚美辛酊,对照组Ⅱ单用5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶,6周后观察疗效。结果总有效率治疗组86.4%,对照组Ⅰ62.8%,对照组Ⅱ65.9%。试验组和对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.40,P=0.011;x^2=5.07,P=0.024)。结论复方吲哚美辛酊联合甲硝唑外用治疗轻中度痤疮疗效较好,不良反应轻微。Objective To observe the curative effect of tincture soft combined with metronidazole in patients with mild to moderate acne.Methods 135 cases of patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups. The treatment group treated with tincture soft combined with metronidazole,while the control groupI received tincture soft alone,the control groupII received 5% benzoyl peroxide gel alone. All groups were applied twice daily for 6 weeks. Results At week 6,The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.4%,62.8%in the control groupI and 65.9%in the control groupII. The differences of effective rates in the treatment group and the control groups were statistically significant（x^2=6.396,P=0.011;x^2=5.07,P=0.024）,While the rates of adverse reaction in the two groups were mild.Conclusion Tincture soft combined with metronidazole is more effective than tincture soft alone or 5% benzoyl peroxide gel alone for treatment of patients with mild to moderate acne,with similar aderse reactions.
