18例布氏杆菌脊柱炎微创手术治疗经验总结

摘　　要：目的总结布氏菌性脊柱炎的微创手术方法及其效果。方法选取2011年10月~2014年9月我院收治的确诊为布氏杆菌病的患者102名,均给予联合药物治疗,18例联合采用微创手术治疗。结果 18例患者获得随访,平均10.8个月。所有患者脊柱炎症状消失,术后复查MRI示骨愈合良好,无复发;未发生置管并发症,穿刺口一期愈合。结论布鲁氏杆菌性脊柱炎在联合药物治疗基础上,对存在手术指征的患者在C型臂X线机辅助下实施经皮经椎弓根穿刺手术,同时利用药液冲洗化疗治疗可获得满意效果。Objective To summarize the minimally invasive surgical method and ffs effect of brastitis. Methods From October 2011 to September 2014,all of the 102 patients diagnosed with brucellosis were treated with combined drugs and 18 cases were treated with minimally invasive surgery. Results Eighteen patients were followed up for an average of 10.8 months.The symptoms of spondylitis of all patients disappeared,and the postoperative MRI showed good healing and no recurrence.There were no complications of catheter, and the first stage of the puncture wound healed. Conclusion Brucella bacterium sex spondylitis based on combined drug therapy, surgical indications of existence of patients with type ＂C＂ arm X-ray machine guided percutaneous pedicle puncture operative treatment,and joint solution washing chemotherapy can obtain satisfied effect.
